History

 Festival Theatre Ensemble: 

  • Founded by Bruce W. De Les Dernier in 1994
  • Performed at Shakespeare at Benbow Lake in Humbolt Country for various years from 1994-2005
  • Founded the Wildwood Shakespeare Festival in Saratoga, which ran from 1997-1999
  • Worked with Menlo Players Guild to found the Burgess Shakespeare Festival (later renamed The Mid-peninsula Shakespeare Festival), which ran from 1998-2010
  • Founded the Los Gatos Shakespeare Festival in 2002 
  • Founded Shakespeare at Full Circle Farm in 2011
